1. Too simple or too complex design.
Simple logos are remembered better, but times change, and requirements for logos change with it.
Today logos are conceptual and unique. The burger logo may well be missing the burger itself, and everything will be clear. Logos can be abstract. However, too much abstractness or complexity causes the opposite effect.
If the logo is too abstract and difficult to understand, it will not be remembered.
